Personally, Margret brings a lively and vibrant approach when it comes to satisfying your real estate needs. Originally from Egypt, she is also fluent in Arabic. Margret is a licensed real estate broker. She brings her relentless negotiating skills to the table and ultimately, she gets her clients what they want. To Margret, her clients come first and they deserve excellent customer service with top-notch negotiating power! Additionally, she carefully listens and quickly understands what her clients are trying to accomplish.  Margret explains, “When our clients are satisfied, ultimately, we are too.  It's a great feeling and we love working for ALL of our clients!"

James, a Southern California native, is also a licensed California Architect.  He is a graduate of Woodbury University with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) professional 5-year degree and brings over 20 years of vast architectural knowledge and experience, ranging from custom residential, religious facilities and forensics (construction defect investigation) all the way up to Type-I post-tensioned concrete parking facilities.

With his architectural background, many clients have gone to James asking about local, state and federal codes, requirements and building ordinances. Chances are, most real estate agents and brokers can not give you direct answers related to construction because they simply don't have the professional expertise, knowledge and background that James brings with him. James can give you direct and precise answers and he keeps his clients comfortable with their decisions.

James and Margret are both trained and certified as Coldwell Banker Previews Luxury Property Specialists. James is also trained and certified with the Coldwell Banker Referral and Relocation Division as a Cartus Network Affinity Specialist (CNAS). Additionally, James is 1 of only 90 active members certified as an Architectural Specialist in the Coldwell Banker Architectural Division throughout the entire Southern California Region and 1 of only 7 members certified in Orange County. This elite group of professionals focus exclusively on the distinctive advertising and marketing strategies needed to sell architectural properties in architect-designed estates.
